My Notes

CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY

Jesus Christ is not one option among many.

He is the only answer to the tragedy of human sin.

He alone reconciles man to God.

He alone restores what was broken.

“Christ died for our sins… He was buried… He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures… He appeared to Peter, then to the Twelve. After that, He appeared to more than five hundred…”

(1 Corinthians 15:3–6)

And the Lord Himself declares:

“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

Not emotions.

Not philosophies.

Not ideologies.

Emotions change.

God’s Word does not.

If we are Christians, we must learn to live not by feelings — but by trust in God and obedience to His Word.

HUMILITY — THE DOOR TO GLORY

Let us love humility.

Where humility flows, the glory of God pours out.

Without light, all is darkness.

Without humility, the heart remains dark.

Man in the flesh is like a burning candle.

The wax melts. The body dies.

But the soul does not die.

The soul is immortal.

If we care so much for what is temporary, how much more should we care for what is eternal?

HEAVEN AND HELL BEGIN HERE

Everything begins here, on earth.

Paradise begins here.

Hell also begins here.

Every thought.

Every desire.

Every choice.

Each one slowly directs the soul — either toward heaven or toward hell.

As Saint Anthony the Great teaches, the true rational person is not the one who has merely read books, but the one who discerns good from evil, rejects what harms the soul, embraces what heals it, and gives thanks to God in all things.

That is true reason.

That is true wisdom.

THE IMMORTAL SOUL

Man is not an accident.

If you isolate a man and a chimpanzee for one hundred years and then return to observe them, you will see development, culture, spiritual striving, creativity in man. The animal remains within instinct.

Man bears something animals do not:

the image of God.

God formed the body from the earth.

He breathed into it a rational soul.

Body and soul were formed together — not separately.

Only God creates from nothing.

We build.

We assemble.

We invent.

But we do not create being itself.

FAITH IS NOT THEORY

Faith without works is dead.

True faith produces transformation.

True belief produces obedience.

True love produces sacrifice.

Christianity is not an idea.

It is life.

THE GREAT DECEPTION

The Antichrist will not appear saying, “I am evil.”

He will say:

“I am the one you are waiting for.”

To each religion, he will present a familiar mask.

To each expectation, he will offer a counterfeit fulfillment.

That is why discernment matters.

That is why spiritual preparation matters.

The idea that Christians will escape tribulation without struggle has no firm foundation in the historic teaching of the Church. Scripture speaks of endurance, perseverance, and faith under trial.

The Christian path is not escape.

It is faithfulness.

THE CHURCH AND TRUTH

In the centuries since Luther, Protestantism has divided into thousands of groups — often disagreeing with one another — yet each claiming to follow “the Bible alone.”

But nowhere does Scripture say that it is the only source of authority.

To claim “Bible alone” requires adding a principle that the Bible itself does not explicitly declare.

Truth is not fragmentation.

Truth is unity in Christ.

CONCLUSION

The world offers confusion.

Christ offers clarity.

The world offers temporary comfort.

Christ offers eternal life.

The body fades.

The soul does not.

Choose what is eternal.

Choose Christ.
