»Ζ’) Όποιος θέλει κάμη κανένα από ταύτα, όπου απηγόρευσα, άς ηξεύρη βέβαια πώς έλυσε τον όρισμόν τού θεού και έναντιώθη τού Αποστόλου του.
»Η’) Έτι νά μή πληρώνουσι χαράτσι οι Κριταί τους, και ηγούμενοι τους, και δούλοι τους, και μαθηταί τους, και άλλοι πώς υποτακτικοί ούτε νά πειράζωνται, ότι εγώ είμαι προστάτης αυτών όπου και αν ευρίσκονται εις τήν γήν ή εις τήν θάλασσαν, εις Άνατολήν και Δύσιν, εις Άρκτον και Μεσημβρίαν επειδή αυτοί και πάντα τά περί αυτούς είναι χρέος μου, και όρκος και παρακαταθήκη μου.
»Θ’) Και από εκείνους όπού ενν ησυχία ασκητεύουσιν εις τά όρη, νά μή πέρνουσι χαράτσι, ούτε δέκατον διά τά εισοδήματα τους- ούτε τινάς μουσουλμάνος νά γίνεται σύντροφος μετ’ αυτούς, επειδή και αύτοι άλλοι δέν εργάζονται μόνον τά προς τροφήν.
»Ι΄) “Οταν φθόση έν εύθηνία ό καιρός τού καρπού, νά τούς δίδουσιν εις κάθε έρπέτι ένα καυχι.
»ΙΑ’) Ούτε εις τον καιρόν τού πολέμου νά τους ευγάζουσι διά νά εύγουν εις τον πόλεμον, ούτε νά τούς ζητοώσι χαράτσι.
»ΙΒ’) Έτι από τους χριστιανούς οι εντόπιοι και πλούσιοι όπου με πλούτο πραγματεύονται και είναι άξιοι διά χαράτσι νά μην πληρώνουσι άλλο παρά δώδεκα δραχμάς.
»ΙΓ) Έξω από τό κεφαλοχάρατζον, άλλο νά μή τούς ζητούσι, κατά τό πρόσταγμα τού Θεού όπού λέγει. Μή ένοχλήται τούς σεβόμενους τά έκ τού Θεού πεμφθέντα βιβλία, άλλά κατά τον άγαθώτερον τού άγαθωτέρου τρόπον νά τούς άγαθοποιήσετε και μάλιστα με τούτους συναναστράφητε και εκείνους όπού τούς πειράζουσι (όποιοι και άν ήναι) νά τους έμποδίζητε.
»ΙΔ’) Μία γυναίκα χριστιανή εάν υπανδρευθή μέ έναν μουσουλμάνο νά κάνη τό θέλημα της γυναικός εκείνης και νά μή τήν εμποδίζη από τήν έκκλησίαν, και προσευχή της και ταίς συνήθειες της πίστεως της.
»ΙΕ’) Τινάς νά μή τούς εμποδίζη εις τό νά ανακαινίζουσι τάς εκκλησίας τους.
»ΙΣΤ’) Όστις θέλει κόμη τι παρά ταύτην τήν υπόσχεσιν, ή νά πιστεύση τό εναντίον γίνεται βέβαια αποστάτης τού Θεού, και τού Θεϊκού Αποστόλου: Ότι τούτο είναι μία βοήθεια εις αυτούς κατά τάς υποσχέσεις τους.
»ΙΖ’) Και εις αυτούς απάνω νά μήν σηκώνη τινάς άρματα, μάλιστα οι μουσουλμάνοι δι’ αυτούς νά πολεμούσι.
»ΙΗ’) Και διά τούτο προστάζω ούδεις άπό τό έθνος μου νά αποκοτήση νά κάμη τό εναντίον ταύτης της υποσχέσεως έως νά αφανισθή ό Κόσμος.

Οι λόγοι για τη συγγραφή αυτής της διαθήκης – διαταγής προστασίας ες αεί Ελλήνων και Χριστιανών, έχουν ορισμένες ιστορικές εξηγήσεις:
Α’) Όταν ό Μωάμεθ έγινε δώδεκα ετών συνώδευσε τόν θείο του στήν Συρία, όπου φιλοξενήθηκε από κάποιον Έλληνα μοναχό. Πολλοί εκείνη τήν εποχή πίστευαν ότι όσοι ήταν γνώστες τής Βίβλου γνώριζαν και τήν προφητική αποστολή τού Μωάμεθ. Φημολογείται λοιπόν ότι μόλις ό καλόγηρος αντίκρυσε τό παιδί «ανεφώνησε ως άλλος Σαμουήλ ίδών τόν Δαβίδ: Ούτος έστι ό μέγας προφήτης!». Και συνεπαρμένος ψηλάφισε τήν ωμοπλάτη τού νεαρού Μωάμεθ, όπου βρήκε τήν σφραγίδα τής προφητείας. (“ΙΧΩΡ” No 16, σελ. 66).
Εικάζεται λοιπόν ότι αυτός είναι ό ένας λόγος συμπάθειας τού γιου τής Έρημου προς τούς ορθοδόξους χριστιανούς, οί όποιοι κατάλαβαν από τήν άρχή τήν άξια τών προφητικών λόγων του.
Β’) Ό άλλος, ό όποιος εκφράζει και τήν ευγνωμοσύνη τού προφήτη προς τούς Έλληνες, είναι ό έξης: ΟΊ «βοηθοί» (μαθητές) τού Μωάμεθ άνεκάλυψαν ένα σχέδιο δολοφονίας τού προφήτη έκ μέρους τών έχθρων του, γι’ αυτό τόν πήραν εσπευσμένα και έφυγαν άπό τήν Μέκκα μέ κατεύθυνση τήν Μεδίνα. Ή επιτυχία αυτής τής φυγής συνδέεται άμεσα μέ τήν επέμβαση ενός πλούσιου Έλληνα, ό όποιος, προκειμένου νά πραγματοποιηθή ή έξοδος τού Μωάμεθ από τήν Μεδίνα, προσέφερε αντάλλαγμα ολόκληρη τήν τεράστια περιουσία του. Αυτόν τόν Έλληνα ό προφήτης τόν ονομάζει “Πρώτο καρπό τής Ελλάδος”. Ή φυγή τού Μωάμεθ λέγεται Εγείρα και πραγματοποιήθηκε στίς 20-24 Σεπτεμβρίου τού 622 μ.Χ. (“ΙΧΩΡ” Νο 16, σελ. 70). Φαίνεται ότι τήν εποχή τής ‘Εγείρας ό Σιναΐτης ηγούμενος, αντιλαμβανόμενος έγκαιρα τήν αύξηση τής δύναμης τού άσημου τότε Μωάμεθ και γνωρίζοντας ότι ή μονή τού Σινά όπως και ή αξιόλογη Έλληνική εμπορική κοινότητα τής Πετραίας Αραβίας θά ήταν εκτεθειμένες στις δηώσεις τών Αράβων, έζήτησε και έλαβε από αυτόν τό υπέρ τής Έλληνικής κοινότητας και τών ορθοδόξων μοναστηριών ευεργετικό διάταγμα. Ό Μωάμεθ, ευχαριστημένος και κολακευμένος από τήν Ελληνική αναγνώριση τής αλήθειας τών λόγων του, όχι μόνον εξέδωσε τό διάταγμα, άλλά, όπως γράφει ό πατριάρχης Ιεροσολύμων Νεκτάριος, «ήγάπα πολλά τό γένος τών Ελλήνων (Γιουνάν) παρά άλλο κανένα γένος, και πολλά εσπούδαζε νά φυλάττωνται απείρακτοι έν ειρήνη όθεν και δέν φαίνεται εις άλλο γράμμα νά βάλλη τό ίδιόν του χέρι παρά εις αυτό όπου έδωκε τών χριστιανών» (Νέκταρ. Ίεροκ. Ίστορ., σελ. 275). Αρχικά οι προσπάθειες τού Μωάμεθ επικεντρώθηκαν όχι στον προσηλυτισμό τών Έλλήνων χριστιανών, άλλά στό νά μήν επικριθούν και πολεμηθούν οί προφητείες του και τό υπό διαμόρφωση θρήσκευμα τού Ισλάμ.
Αντιλαμβάνεστε ότι αυτή η αποκάλυψη θα ήταν η καλύτερη απάντηση στους Σουνίτες που γίνονται πειθήνια όργανα των βάρβαρων επιδιώξεων της Δύσης. Για τους Τούρκους, ας μην το συζητάμε. Εκεί η θρησκεία είναι αλα-κάρτ και όταν γίνεται Ένοχλητική”, επιστρατεύεται είτε ο Κεμάλ ή το “συνταγματικό δικαστήριο”.
