Πώς μπορεί ένας άνθρωπος να ζήσει πολλά χρόνια χωρίς σοβαρές αρρώστιες;

How Can a Person Live Many Years Without Serious Illness?

Health is not luck.

It is a way of life, balance, and peace of soul.

The human body is designed with wisdom. It possesses natural mechanisms of defense, self-healing, and restoration. Most illnesses do not appear suddenly; they develop quietly over time when the body and soul live under constant pressure, stress, and excess.

People who live long lives in good health usually share common habits:

simple and natural nutrition, daily movement without exhaustion, sufficient sleep, and respect for the body’s limits. They listen to their body’s signals and do not live in constant fear of disease.

Chronic stress is one of the greatest enemies of health. It weakens the immune system, increases inflammation, and exhausts a person physically and mentally. Inner calm, on the other hand, acts as a powerful shield.

Spiritual life also plays a crucial role. Faith, prayer, confession, and forgiveness reduce fear, give meaning to suffering, and help a person live with hope and balance.

True health does not mean never getting sick.

It means having a body and soul strong enough to recover and continue.

Health is a way of life.

HERE IS THE TRUTH

Who really was the one to whom we owe the existence of

our Independent Orthodox Church. Part Two. After the latest actions

of the union between the Pope and the Patriarch, it would be good to review the most

A dramatic moment in the history of Orthodoxy.

This moment came at the Council of Ferrara-Florence in 1438.

The Byzantine Empire was in dire straits. The Turks were approaching. Emperor

John Palaeologus was asking for military help from the West. But the price was

heavy. Union with the Pope, months of negotiations, pressure, money,

promises, threats. And in the end, almost all the Orthodox bishops

signed the text of the Union. All except one. Mark the

Eunuch, bishop of Ephesus, stood alone against the Pope, the

Cardinals, the emperor, political expediency, and said the uncanny.

union of truth. This moment was so decisive that the Pope himself

said we did nothing. Mark was the only bishop who did not sign, but

He was also the most respected theologian in the East. And indeed, when the bishops

Returned to Constantinople, the people revolted. The churches were closed to the

unionists. The signatures were revoked, and the union collapsed before it was even implemented.

One man kept Orthodoxy standing. That is why Mark the Eunuch

remained in history as a pillar of Orthodoxy. The only one who did not sign and

The living symbol that truth is not measured by a majority.

Jesus Christ is orthodox

Christ is Orthodox. He is neither Protestant, nor Catholic, nor Armenian, nor, nor, nor. Christ is Orthodox. You take it and plant it as a flag, a banner, and carry it to the four corners of the horizon. Christ is Orthodox. And every person outside Orthodoxy is not with Christ. Let them have the Gospel to do whatever they want. Christ is Orthodox."The presentation of the Holy Light to the Orthodox Christians has been happening for about 1600 years. This is proof that Jesus Christ is blessing only the orthodox believers/I take this opportunity to say that four times before others tried but didn't manage to receive it since Saint Helena built the Church of the Resurrection, and others tried to take the light in their own way. Jesus didn't give it to them, preferred the light of the resurrection to go forth in the praetorium, down 800 meters away, and not given to those in there he preferred to come out of the columns from the column to come out, and not give to the Armenian patriarch, never before has he given them the holy light, This can help man to understand only by seeing and not by hearing, those who say I if IChrist is Orthodox. This is not just a statement, but a powerful truth that has been acknowledged for 1600 years. The presentation of the Holy Light to Orthodox Christians is undeniable proof that Jesus Christ blesses only those who follow the Orthodox faith. Others may try to take the light in their own ways, but they will not receive it. Christ prefers the light of the resurrection to go forth from the praetorium, down 800 meters away, rather than to be given to those who are not Orthodox. This is a powerful reminder that Christ is only present in the Orthodox faith, and every person outside Orthodoxy is not with Christ. Let us plant this truth as a flag and carry it to the four corners of the horizon. Only by seeing this proof can one truly understand the power of our faith. The Apostle Paul may say that faith comes from what you hear, but we have seen the truth with our own eyes. Christ is Orthodox, and we must spread this message to all who will listen. PROPHECIES ABOUT WORLD WAR III

Elder Theodosius of Iveron reposed in 1948, after the Second World War. Speaking about Germany, he said:

“Do you really think that this was the only war? The real war has not yet come. It will begin from the East, and then, from all sides, like insects, enemies will swarm upon Russia.”

During one such discussion, Archimandrite Seraphim recorded the following event. A woman from a small town in Siberia was present. The Elder said to her:

“You will receive the crown of martyrdom from the hands of the Chinese, in the stadium of your city, where the Christians who live there and who do not agree with their domination will be led.”

This was his answer to her doubts, when the Elder said that almost the whole of Siberia would be occupied in the future by the Chinese.

The Elder spoke of what had been revealed to him regarding the future of Russia. He did not mention dates, but emphasized that the timing of these events was in the hands of God and depended largely on how the spiritual life of the Russian Church would develop, and on the strength of faith in God among the Russian people, as expressed through repentance and prayer.

The Elder said that the collapse of Russia, despite its apparent strength and the brutality of its authorities, would occur very soon. At first, the Slavic peoples would break away. Then the republics of the Union would separate: the Baltic states, Central Asia, the Caucasus republics, and Moldova. After this, the central authority in Russia would weaken even further, so that autonomous republics and regions would begin to secede.

Then the great collapse would take place. The power of the center would no longer be recognized de facto by the autonomous regions, which would attempt to live independently and would no longer heed orders from Moscow.

The greatest tragedy would be the occupation of Siberia by China. This would not take place through direct military means. As a result of the relaxation of authority and open borders, masses of Chinese would move into Siberia. Through bribery, intimidation, and agreements with local authorities, they would seize property, businesses, and apartments. Gradually, they would take control of the economic life of the cities.

Everything would happen in such a way that one morning the Russians living in Siberia would wake up in a Chinese province. The fate of those who remained there would be tragic, though not hopeless. The Chinese would treat the population with violence, suppressing every attempt at resistance.

The West would assist this creeping conquest of Russian land and would support China’s economic and military power in every way, out of sheer hatred for Russia. But then they themselves would realize the danger, when the Chinese would attempt to conquer the Urals—this time by military force—and to advance even further westward. At that point, they would do everything possible to stop them and would then help Russia to recover so that it could repel the invasion from the East.

Russia would have to endure much suffering. After prolonged hardship and widespread hunger, she would find the strength to rise again. The coming generation would begin reclaiming the lands seized by the enemies. Among the Russians who had remained in the former republics of the Union, there would be a deep realization of what had been lost. They would recognize themselves once again as citizens of the Motherland, which was still alive and desired to rise from the ashes.

Many Russians living abroad would begin to rebuild their lives in Russia. Many of those who could escape the persecutions would return to Russian lands to repopulate abandoned villages, to make use once again of mineral springs and neglected fields that had been left behind.

The Lord would send His help. And despite the fact that the country would have lost its main body of raw-material production, oil and gas would be found again—without which no economy can function.

The Elder said that the Lord would allow Russia to lose vast territories that had been given to her, because we were not worthy to use them with care and instead destroyed and defiled them. However, the Lord would leave in Russia’s possession the regions that became the source of the Russian people and the foundation of the great Russian Empire—namely, the lands of Great Muscovy of the 16th century, with access to the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea, and the Northern Sea.

Russia would not be rich, but she would still be able to feed her children and compel others to recognize and respect her.

When asked what would happen to Ukraine and Belarus, the Elder replied that everything lies in the hands of God. Those among these peoples who oppose unity with Russia, while considering themselves believers, would in fact become servants of the devil. The Slavic peoples have only one destiny. The monks and fathers of the Kiev Caves Lavra would not change their weighty word. Together with the choir of the New Martyrs of Russia, they would win through their prayers a new union of the three brotherly peoples.

He was also asked about the possibility of the restoration of monarchy in Russia. The Elder replied that such a restoration would have to be earned. There is a possibility, but it is not predetermined. If we become worthy, the Russians will choose a Tsar. This could occur before the enthronement of the Antichrist—or even after it, for a short period of time.

Γιατί να χρειαστεί ένα τόσο μεγάλο ψέμα;

Μία ζωή.

Illusions, spiritual deception, and the lie of reincarnation

This image reflects a spiritual reality often confused with psychology or so-called mystical knowledge. A person who experiences vivid visions, altered states, or “memories of past lives” usually believes the experience is absolutely real. And indeed, the experience feels real. But feeling real does not make it true.

Orthodox Christian teaching clearly distinguishes between:

  • hallucinations caused by physical or psychological conditions, and
  • spiritual deception arising from altered states of consciousness.

Such states can be induced through practices like:

hypnosis, yoga, Eastern meditation, biofeedback, drug use, artificial brain stimulation, spiritism, mediumship, communication with “spirit guides,” remote viewing, divination, tarot, astrology, and all forms of occult activity.

What these practices have in common is that they open the human person to spiritual influences beyond their control. The Church teaches that these paths do not lead to Light, but to confusion. The information received may appear strikingly accurate and personal, because spiritual deception knows the human soul far more deeply than one realizes.

Reincarnation is then offered as a “logical explanation” for such experiences. Yet it is a false logic — a lie that removes personal repentance, denies the Resurrection, and turns salvation into an endless cycle without meaning.

Why promote such a lie?

Because if a person believes there are “many lives,” they will not struggle seriously in this one. If everything repeats, the Cross becomes unnecessary and the Resurrection loses its power.

The truth of the Church is simple and profoundly liberating:

One life. One soul. One chance for repentance. Resurrection — not repetition.
