We are standing on the threshold of the Antichrist era.

Βρισκόμεθα προ της αντιχρίστου εποχής.
Ταπεινά, παιδιά μου, αγωνισθείτε παρακαλώ, μη δειλιάσετε. Προσέξτε μη χάσουμε την Ορθόδοξη Χριστιανική Πίστη. Δεν καταταχθήκαμε σ’ αυτόν τον ωραίο μοναχικό στρατό με δική μας θέληση, αλλά με κλήση του Αρχιστρατήγου μας Ιησού.
Λοιπόν, σαν λεβέντες του Αληθινού Θεού μας προχωράτε. Ποτέ μην προδόσετε και παραδοθείτε στον απαίσιο εχθρό της ψυχής μας διάβολο και εκπέσετε ως ανάξιοι της τόσο υψηλής αποστολής και λυπήσετε τον Γλυκύτατο Ιησού μας. Δοξάσατε τον Θεόν εν τω σώματι και τω πνεύματι ημών.
Βρισκόμεθα προ της αντιχρίστου εποχής.
Η μαρτυρική ομολογία μας, πίστη στην θεανθρωπία του Κυρίου μας Ιησού θα μας αξιώσει, Θεού βοηθεία, να βρεθούμε στο πνευματικό τάγμα των μεγάλων Ομολογητών και Μαρτύρων της πίστεως.
Γι’ αυτό αθληταί μου, προσέχετε εαυτούς εν παντί.
Να είστε μαχητικοί με τον παλαιό εαυτό σας. Μην υποχωρείτε με τίποτε στον πνευματικό σας αγώνα με τα πάθη και τις αδυναμίες.
Για να πετύχετε σ’ αυτό το άθλημα, χρειάζεται να ταπεινώσουμε τον εαυτό μας.
Χωρίς ταπεινοφροσύνη αέρα δέρουμε.
Η αρετή αυτή, λόγω της μεγάλης πνευματικής αξίας, θέλει πολύ δουλειά πολύ κόπο και μόχθο. Θα δώσουμε αίμα ψυχής για να μας δοθεί λίγη ταπείνωση. Πανάκριβη αρετή! Την τρέμουν οι δαίμονες! Εκεί σπάζουν τα μούτρα τους.
Ταπεινωθείτε παιδιά μου. Η Αληθινή αγάπη του Χριστού μας είναι ζυμωμένη με ταπείνωση.
Όταν κάνουμε το δικό μας θέλημα, όταν δικαιώνουμε τους εαυτούς μας, όταν κάνουμε κρυφά το θέλημά μας, να γνωρίζουμε πως νοσούμε άσχημα από υπερηφάνεια και οίηση.
Ποτέ δεν θα πετύχουμε τίποτε το ωραίο και σπουδαίο, αν δεν ποδοπατήσουμε το εγώ μας.
Η αυτομεμψία (ο πρόδρομος της ταπείνωσης) του εαυτού μας, μας βοηθά άκρως επιτυχημένα για να φθάσουμε σιγά-σιγά στην πανέμορφη ταπείνωση.
Η ταπείνωση κατέβασε τον Θεόν Λόγον στη γη.
Η ταπείνωση της Παρθένου Μαρίας την αξίωσε να γίνει Θεοτόκος. Η ταπείνωση αξιώνει τον τιποτένιο άνθρωπο της θεοπτίας.
Εύχομαι ολόψυχα και ανύστακτα, παιδιά μου, να αξιωθείτε της πανέμορφης αυτής αρετής.
Υγιαίνετε και ανδρίζεσθε επ’ ελπίδι ζωής αιωνίου. Αμήν.

Humbly, my children, struggle and strive, I beg you; do not be afraid. Take care that we do not lose the Orthodox Christian Faith. We did not enlist in this beautiful monastic army of our own will, but through the calling of our Commander-in-Chief, Jesus.

Therefore, advance like valiant warriors of our True God. Never betray Him or surrender yourselves to the dreadful enemy of our souls, the devil, and fall short, as unworthy, of such a high calling and mission, thereby grieving our Most Sweet Jesus.

Glorify God in your body and in your spirit.

We are standing on the threshold of the Antichrist era.

Our martyr-like confession of faith in the God-manhood of our Lord Jesus will, with God’s help, make us worthy to find ourselves among the spiritual ranks of the great Confessors and Martyrs of the Faith.

Therefore, my athletes, take heed to yourselves in all things.

Be warriors against your old self. Do not retreat in any way in your spiritual struggle against your passions and weaknesses.

In order to succeed in this spiritual contest, we must humble ourselves.

Without humility, we are simply beating the air.

This virtue, because of its great spiritual value, requires much work, much effort, and much toil. We will have to shed the blood of our soul in order to be granted even a little humility. A priceless virtue! The demons tremble before it! It is there that they come crashing down.

Humble yourselves, my children. The true love of our Christ is kneaded together with humility.

When we do our own will, when we justify ourselves, when we secretly do what we ourselves desire, we must understand that we are suffering badly from pride and conceit.

We will never accomplish anything beautiful or truly great unless we trample upon our ego.

Self-reproach—the forerunner of humility—helps us greatly and most effectively to reach, little by little, that beautiful humility.

Humility brought God the Word down to earth.

The humility of the Virgin Mary made her worthy to become the Theotokos, the Mother of God.

Humility makes even the insignificant and wretched human being worthy of the vision of God.

I wholeheartedly and unceasingly pray, my children, that you may be found worthy of this most beautiful virtue.

Be in good health and be strong, in the hope of eternal life. Amen.
