our village today your presence is very important today we all know each other why
we came here and this our dear father Emiliano
whom we all remember remember and love to have their wishes i
his wishes and all your families, may you be well, have a good summer,
hello, good Christ, thank you very much, thank you,
my fathers, my mother, Father Andreas and Father Antonio, thank you very much to the cantors, I also thank the cantors who were not in the chantry for
those who were and those who weren't because it was somewhere they didn't come to the atri thank you all for coming kir taxi ella sir
inspection the sula the speakers come here thank you very much to our community leader Mrs.
Andina Anjouli come my Andina to say hello without you it's not possible it's authorities and powers come come come say
good there was a great agreement of the community council and the church committee
for him it is good to welcome you are
our community leaders welcome you to our community to remember the late father
Emiliano welcome have a good summer thank you thank you
Dina Of course, I see managers and academics, I think you don't want me to say
the names, isn't that right, so Madam Eustathius, Madam, I'm sorry, okay,
why are we celebrating the feast of Saint Emiliano today and not July 18th, July 18th is the saint of a martyr, my late father
used to say that it is the season of confession for him he was celebrating Saint Aemilianus of
Cyzicus the confessor who defended the holy images a lot
in the era of iconoclasm and they exiled him Etalisius
the Chrysostom but they did a lot to him and yes today is the season of confession
he will there are also speakers who will of course tell experiences from my father my father our father my father our father and please those who have
please those who have please those who have experiences to
write them to me and speak every year we gathered here it is a good thing
to share that we have ours it is only ours that we share it we also give it to others and of course in closing I would like to say that it is the
season of confession but it is also the season of malice we have a lot of malice so I see many fights many courts even for financial
matters so I recently remembered my late mother who used to say did you see the damned brad what did he set him up to do to us remember gifts yes whoever
did something bad to her my mom didn't you see the damned brad what did he set him up to
do to us i.e. Satan was the evil one and not the man who did the
evil so I say it like this be strong even in the garbage make
us problems above so the temptation is everywhere the first speaker the chief
inspector the brave the wise the most is the inspector of philology courses is
we got to know the author more last week on a show about sex education on TV and he helped me a lot so I tell him you don't
come since you have experiences to talk about and he says I'm happy to come thank you thank you very much for the honor just me the old man Emiliano
I don't know him personally the truth is it is said that I met it through a
very important experience in 2008 my sister-in-law had come to my mother-in-law's house and we have to
talk about this now and she told us that Father Emiliano had told her that
a great economic crisis was coming, we didn't realize then I say come on
bro Christoula and you and father Emilio now ironically ironic the way in 2013
when all this happened now from 11 to 13 I reached a tragic
situation financially not to describe the rest are not needed so uncle Takis Parasia Christakis I saw somewhere and Helen
, his daughter, I think somewhere here, Father Miliano had brought him
on the 13th along with one or two of his spiritual children who I don't remember who were in the church of Agia Marina at the time when the
service ended they all said Father Emiliano had come I was there in the
church everyone kissed his hand and as I went to kiss his hand I said your wish my father to no one he turned his head to
me he turned it and I had seen written on the me once he disputed
this is a real and honest testimony, nothing else, so in
fact, someone may not believe it, I had seen it, that is, Mr.
Souglis says that I had seen it personally, I had seen it once,
he doubted me, I had read it at this point, wait, wait, because they saw us
some about sex education and he is in the ministry of education and he also does detailed programs to say a few words because people are worried
sex education will be done just a few words I will not speak as an inspector on this issue because I am not allowed there are structures in the
ministry of education we will simply mention that seeing from our experiences all
and all it is necessary to educate our children
on these subjects not only what is called we had said about the poor
English language dear father virtue sex is another and in Hellenism love
and love it is completely different, the English discovered it
but we have since ancient times and with the coming of Jesus Christ and the
fathers have made this clear so let us trust to be careful and be in
charge thank you very much sir and we had said of course you had says that instead of saying sexual education we will say all the education of our children
in the context of love love in the context of the family and not
anything else what is happening today and we know unfortunately they
are all saddening us as we are together we are together and apart and so on and
so on, let's not describe them too much, thank you very much, of course we could talk more about these matters, but we shouldn't,
thank you too much, Soula, Onisiforou, is the elder of the father, class in the
holy zone, she is a civil engineer, a very good friend, and she will also say a little words for our father, thank you, be happy, hello, very much,
yes, I wrote something, but that's how I want it to sound, it needs to be louder,
our microphone can't be heard, so it needs to be very loud, yes, I met Nemilian's father in 1996, and since then it's been my spiritual
father was my spiritual father for 20 years, of course, it is a very big responsibility to speak about a saintly elder
of his father's height, and you have to have the corresponding
spiritual level to speak about a saint,
so basically let's invoke the his wishes, so let's say a few
words, I believe he was very interested in Father Emiliano, was it that every person leaves his fast life
ready, that is, a confessor of the Immaculate Mysteries, I remember an incident he had
told me, he says to me, today I went to a house
with a woman confession a woman who is in her last years has
cancer this woman confessed and I communicated with her I am calm she says
now she is ready I also told her daughter don't worry whenever God allows
to take her your mother is ready and don't worry about anything.
There were many young
people flocking to Father Emiliano with many
spiritual burdens on them. I remember an incident with a little girl who
wanted so much to receive communion and confess, but
she was so afraid of hearing the punishments for various things like punishments from some
spiritual fathers and so on and I tell her don't be afraid come let's go to
Father Emiliano and he will help you this girl had
become pregnant and her partner forced her to abort the baby
but fortunately with the help of the
metropolitan of Limassol athanasios he gave her money, she went and
gave birth to the child, and today the little girl is 25 years old,
a beautiful little girl, so let me ask something to the elder, she is an elder and
my father, our father, they were helped by the the beginning of becoming a priest, what did Father Kleanis tell you, I want the most characteristic thing, what he told you about the
priesthood, and basically he told me, I had no idea that I would become
an elder because I was not close to the church, only Christ, I went, I
also went with the school and he tells me you are going to be
an elder I say what he tells us now I say and along the way I met the husband and
he told me that you know I want to become a priest in Peras I tell him no and he presided
elder that I would become an elder without even me
having it in the back of my mind when I saw the dog what did she say what is an elder what is a priest we were told that there is nothing higher
than the priesthood and it is above the angels said the
priesthood and it is very important and the elder must stand
by her husband and help him and support him
yes ok virtue wants to say experience
ok basically with him so that I was impressed he was a man
of her sacrifice of love, I remember he ate for many hours in the divine
confession he stayed until 3:30 in the morning
and he took her out with a nut and a tea most of the time
and he even treated us and said specifically don't worry you will
he reassured us all he reassured us in the morning don't worry I will see you all
he was a man well yes ok let me say the last things ok well
in 2000 there was a
cruise organized by the holy metropolis of Limassol where
the ship was overcrowded and the father emilianos even on the cruise he
used his time in the divine confession I remember him he had
a small room and the whole world would spend the whole 7-8 days from there we were even in the
ke we spent the divine
confession let's say something
let's laugh at he also went down to the metropolis of Limassol and confessed to
the employees there too there was a lot in the technical department he went to the technical services of the micropolis and one day when
he was confessing he told everyone about the girl there it was morning my colleague said to her
ok we're done please take me the administration phone
dialed the number the girl is there come father she says yes she is fixing it the father
turns and tells her daughter but which trial yes did you get the provincial she says no
the provincial administration in the cell tell her
we start in 10 minutes yes and two more things
, virtue wants me to focus more on the experiences, they are too many,
okay, the experiences are just what he told me and I followed it,
it came out 100% verbatim, that
is, whoever heard it, it came out, he didn't get out, that is, with nothing
, huh so he loved his country very
much the cell very much he loved his village very much
every day he had a rule and he prayed that God would keep us he said from
earthquakes from fires and from war and also from every
evil and he provided virtue several years ago, the elder said to me, he had it,
he had it differently, he says, he says, thousands of neighboring
countries in Cyprus will have a huge problem in Greece, and where
is the problem, as the elder predicted in truth, many who say that
it is foretold that if the Syrians start coming, if the foreigners start coming, if the forests start burning, yes, it is a fact, thank you in advance
for your good wishes, and the best memorial service is to observe
and leave the work the huge one I left thank you very much it's a fact that
I'm having trouble sending you messages come but recently Father Chrysostom the Saint Gerasimos got angry he tells me you won't call them why not
call them you have a problem you will call the spiritual children of dad I tell you but I also know the ulos, few, very few, I know no, he tells me a few, he will call them,
but the savior didn't come here to give things for Saint Gerasimos, the savior didn't come to collect something for Saint Gerasimos,
thank you very much, you know him father class in the holy zone yes yes I know thank you very much it is an honor
that Mr. Andreas Georgiou is with us he is a retired brigadier general
and he was the commander of your Limassol brigade
and he was also the person in charge who handled it when it fell helicopter
so it was the thros inside my dad's spiritual child we first met when he called our dad to the camp he loved the army very much
my dad so it's very good that you came sir brigadier general and
tell us your experience too good evening you my dear brothers
before I tell about the experience from the local side when I was a volunteer in the
marathon piggy bank, he came here to the community and
we waited a while for the community leader to come and hand over the money to us and he passed
by us with the elder and asked us and at some point he put the I lick
his hand and he lifts my hair, he takes out what
he had and gives it to me with the kofta closed and I tell him to give it to me, he
says no, I give it to me, this was the first piece that
I will never forget and the secondly when the church committee sent me a letter to provide staff for
the big preparation and I said we would approve and when we sent the
staff here I had to then I invited him for the Passover love meal
to come to the brigade event and when we invited him for to bless the food and
drink he tells me we have so much food and the soldiers make it I say to him
well done congratulations and then when
his plate came because it was portions when the plate came he says but I won't eat such things I tell him about the plates they came no he tells me and took another plate
and put very very small pieces and then when the dances started the group of Cypriot dances got up he took his chair and sat
there near the dance floor and he was enjoying and I was with him and he says excitedly
and tells me this I see the children our soldiers our soldiers here and
in the country of course and in the country with my love for the
late thank you why do you think it became so important in the army because
he believed in cleanliness and cleanliness is the common soldier
the country we don't talk about he was in his country and his life even
if he had not become a soldier if we told him come get a gun he would always say
I have the gun with me without holding a gun the weapon of
love thank you very much madam stay well some others who they want to share with us, it doesn't always have to be arranged
like this speeches, come if you want, our dermatologist, Mr. Alas Petrou,
come, come, tell us something, come, come, you are a doctor from the village , Mr. Papath Andreas is also here the director of the trio is Angelo
Paste the professor in the chemistry department who made most of the patents Angelo come and say a few words to us talk to my husband and listen to
me Mr. Dimitris is a military man and he had experiences is n't it I'm glad they have military men here
Dimitris Leakou, I came with the father of Milian, I came with my wife,
and she was confessing, I came for the first time, I was surprised by the quality that
I had, it was the love that she had and she was showing it, at one point we got down, she went
to our car, she was talking to us and he carved a cross on the car
and I took it to my car and went home I tell my wife Father
Lianos we only had one car she says what do you mean I tell her
I went I went to the car the cross is engraved on it we saw it I tell her together that it is not they did it with his nose but with his
finger like that and the cross was left engraved then
we had an accident near the coconut of all things and nearby the cross was pregnant my wife
got pregnant and we panicked for the baby the car melted
baby it was ok neka was ok me and the cross was before the
accident we asked that because of the cross we locked the
worst this for him you always come and serve and help us every time n
because you have gratitude so it's not like that surely lady wisdom n kirka is
a policeman come let's hear something and from policemen he keeps sending me messages your papa said this your papa said this so come tell me now what
's wrong with you um I had many experiences with
Father Emiliano eh but something I would like to say is that
when we were near him or when we were traveling going to the holy
old man we were never afraid and I would like to remind you of this
because with all that is happening lately with the corona virus with various
social problems we must remember that he is always near us and not to be
afraid something more practical more
practical one day my TV I said well and it sends a message you will give a reason your father didn't you say well you will give a reason you can say that
in person anyway please say thank you thank you sofronio
our doctor where is come papas haralambos petro is the dermatologist and he is
from our village every time i go to his office he tells me something about my dad he will tell us now here me
my experience starts with me yes my experience starts from 5 years old maybe even earlier from the moment I could hold the air was the
characteristic I started of course first with the lampan and then with the axe, and then with the cross
of course ok it was a life experience but as a child we didn't
understand these things but then when I became a doctor and you come and sit
down at the doctor's office, he happened to confess to me several times in the doctor's office, something
that excited me, I must say, it was
very nice because you felt that even there God is there without
the gospel, the rest, and I remember her last time it came
i asked the following question father you with your wisdom your knowledge
and your experience is the let's say summary of a life yes it passes the summary of a
life you had shook your head and he didn't
answer anything it was still and that was an answer a humble acknowledgment of the struggle like thank you
thank you my doctor the pambos is the brother of the sister of peace who is in agios georgios alamanos and his parents were very friends with
my parents come kyriako say
something good evening I'm the kyriakos he medicine eh I have two incidents to say, one of which I have brought up again, but when the
elder spoke about the wisdom, I should say that at the age of 35, when I wanted to become a priest, I liked the church very much
and I felt that I could not do it, so I left and I asked for his wish to go and become a priest and his words
were full if you want to become a priest I will
bless you to become them but in my humble opinion you did my love for
a priest go bless me with my head and he says with a decision of yours that you tell me to
make what decision has come so I will be old and being on the edge I don't know
the reason but I'm fine ok I recognized it at a moment in
my life when I felt everything was being lost I was on the verge of suicide I had come
one afternoon when I spoke to the church someone spoke to me in Limassol about patou un emilia he saw how bad I was I was holding a
briefcase full of money from my work and I sat behind me I entered the church and spoke I sat behind he finished his words and said to the
people we will stop the speech we are making and we will talk about something else and he started to tell me my questions one by one he says I focus with thoughts he tells me
my problems my eyes were close not given at some point to stop he came over me and says we didn't do it
the first time in my life was the first time I met him madam go to the
good, take your wife, peace and your baby and come to her every day until she doesn't die never in my memory this thing breathed him mind
it was love it was worship it was a wish thank you be well
thank you very much sir como the lady gifts the monia the businesswoman wants to talk she says but she can't talk so she told me to tell the story it was the lady
says to my dad and he came but he can't get in because he didn't have
a way to get close all the entrances were closed all the entrances were closed with people then I wanted so much I had a great desire to come and
worship his shrine because it was vision 11 and from there it stopped I had
the desire to come all the doors were faithful then without knowing him
a priest came and took me by the hand he made a place in the world for me to pass I
was all moved I didn't understand that someone took me I went there in his tent I cried
all this and then he told me to stay here come yes it was at night
yes yes wasn't it a strict custom of yours oli lapo too
don't cry since he is with God and he is praying for us look how well you are you are sick neither you nor I recently got angry with someone and
now you call him golden mouth and I tell him life is up and down you understand old man and you know what he told me last month he tells me since you won't die virtue
I tell him why the others will die he says since you won't die and he hung up on me father golden mouth to the holy grease so the next day
I pick him up again I don't care if they hang up my phones if I want to know something I have to forgive him so I tell him but why did you say to die he says to me
so many people die every day since you are alive what do you want no you complain and our papa always tells us not to complain, I wish from
Nicosia and I had people's complaints to complain and do
this to me, nothing was allowed to complain, it was not allowed to complain at all the sister who is here who is who are you sister come tell us who
you are a nun we have with us come come come here sister seraphim he seraphim
se fia where are you from from my beloved nun
speak speak speak power I have an experience which is from the blue
sister seraphim from holy monastery of Asgourou
I came with the gifts to confess I had nothing to say to him
but I tell him something I have to tell him I am near him and I say to him elder how
is it possible that we have communion at midnight and after we eat at noon on
Sunday we eat noon meat and we can have communion and he tells me
he didn't speak he bowed his head he was silent for 20 minutes his leg was touching
mine and I say mom he is tired he sleeps and you wake up
he opens his eyes in 20 minutes and says child my, the man who is
truly innocent is not jealous, he does not envy, he has no malice, he has no malice, he has no
criticism, he
can eat and have communion.
and to take communion but we should not eat or
take communion lomo why should we feel your character sister thank you very much you are allowed you are allowed thank you thank you Mr.
Christakis is a contractor and he comes here and sings in our village the
chrysostomos my cousin the theologian if he wants to be able to say something, we had met Father Emiliano many years
ago, but I had an experience that no one had heard of, he was
a man of forgiveness, something happened for no reason, he
was apologizing, this made a terrible impression on us
in a case where a priest was apologizing of the world, sorry to one,
sorry to the other, this is what I wanted to say, thank you, Mr. Christ, come, Anita
, Anita, sing it in the rose, the amaranth has a move down in the altar with Father Anthony, come say something, why did it fall here, where
does God become worthy, I for me the unworthiness to know our holy father
Liano I have to confess that
about eight years ago before he passed away from the last words
he said to us he told us for the first time we heard the phrase new order of things he told me my
daughter will come a time when there will be a new order
of things this phrase which unfortunately we have heard since the time when
this son who you believe in appeared I do not dare to repeat it because we
are tired we have him concussed he spoke that one day
my daughter will dawn and there will be a new order of things, there will be
ups and downs and we must prepare for this the preparation that the blessed elder indicated to us was the
spiritual preparation of course and to be able to face all these difficulties that followed and will follow also he closed his
eyes and was watching and he says to me my daughter fires fires my virgin may god
protect us from the fires and what followed until now when we
are tortured in this way man finds a way to take revenge na na
na it is unleashed sickly and
tempting waltz fires everywhere and in our Cyprus now and
everywhere may God have mercy on us because it is something that we cannot manage unfortunately it is definitely an incitement of the demons this
prevailing situation let's hope that God prevents such situations thank you thank you
My Anita, of course the aunts of Mrs. Filippa from her family are also with us
the president's wife my angel do you want to say something no no you have a lot to
sew a book ok ok greetings to the president and to the lady president
chrysostomos papadopoulos is my second cousin his papa and my dad were first cousins he was pater agatho plis in kaimakli to
timu yes sorry retired theologian to close the speeches with what
he thinks I remember I met my father Liano when I was
little you came to timu with his elder and
my little virtue at the time what I remember is how much
a beloved man happy people were and us it also made an impression that
I knew our father when he was very young and then I saw
Milian's father many times again to say the last when my father was in
his last days he had the meaning Father Geranos came
and saw him from they greeted him he had the meaning if he was ready and when he knew he was ready he left so very
happy when I was starting today for here for the cell I was waiting for
a speech eh and I had a concern I say who will speak gifts again speeches what
happened at this moment me is excited is excited is is a mystery this what is happening I don't see
people moved to remember a real shepherd the father mind is what they say the spiritual father was
really a father and he knew his children his spiritual children
and sacrificed for them and as we heard and as you know I don't need to say
more guided rightly towards the purpose of our life which is the kingdom
of god may his memory be eternal and may we have or amen
