When you die, you die, my son; many will fight the priests. And the high priests will not let any priest speak for themselves. Only what they tell them. And the high priests will start writing the sermons, and the priests will simply have to read them. At that time, they will also take the cross out of the sanctuaries. When you see this, the great evil has begun. There will be no priests who can speak easily. That is why I will give my spirit to simple children, boys and girls.

THE STORY OF KLAUS KENNETH
1. A Difficult Childhood
Klaus Kenneth was born in 1945 in what was then Czechoslovakia and grew up in difficult family circumstances. According to his own testimony, he experienced abandonment, a lack of love, and abuse. As he himself explains, these experiences contributed to the development of anger, hatred, and aggression.
During his teenage years, he became involved with delinquent groups and later encountered drugs, alcohol, and a lifestyle that failed to bring him the inner peace he was seeking.
2. His Search in India and Hinduism
Instead of finding the peace he longed for, he began searching for answers in various philosophies and religions. He became involved in Transcendental Meditation, travelled to India, and, according to his account, spent approximately seven years exploring Hinduism and the teachings of various gurus.
Later, he explored Buddhism and other spiritual practices, including the occult. According to his own account, his search failed to fill the inner emptiness he felt.
3. His Encounter with Mother Teresa
Klaus has recounted how the love and compassion he witnessed in Mother Teresa deeply moved him. Having distanced himself from Christianity, he struggled to understand how someone who believed in Christ could demonstrate such profound love. Indeed, as he himself relates, he initially tried to persuade her to embrace Hinduism!
This encounter became one of the first significant steps on his journey towards rediscovering Christ.
4. His Dramatic Experience in Colombia
According to his own account, in 1981, while he was in Colombia, he fell into the hands of armed guerrillas. He claims that he faced the immediate threat of execution and, in his desperation, prayed to God to save him.
As he recounts the incident, the arrival of another armed group triggered a confrontation between the gunmen and gave him an opportunity to escape.
He interpreted this event as a decisive spiritual experience. It is important to clarify, however, that this is his personal testimony and interpretation of what happened, rather than independently verified proof of a miracle.
5. His Return to Christ and the Orthodox Church
Klaus also describes an experience of prayer in a church in Lausanne, during which, he claims, he heard Jesus Christ speak words of forgiveness to him.
In 1986, he was baptised as an Orthodox Christian in Geneva, with Elder Sophrony serving as his spiritual father. From that point onwards, according to biographical accounts, he devoted a significant part of his life to bearing witness to his faith and sharing his experiences through lectures and books.
6. Why Does He Give Lectures Today?
Klaus Kenneth does not present his story merely as a transition from Hinduism to Christianity. The central message he seeks to convey is that, for him, the search for truth and love did not find its fulfilment in Eastern religious practices, but in faith in Jesus Christ and the Orthodox Church.
His autobiography, Born to Hate, Reborn to Love, describes precisely this journey. He has given lectures in various countries, including Cyprus, and has continued to participate in events after retiring from his work in education.
Learn the whole truth here
The custodian of the Holy Sepulchre is proud to have said that the Holy Fire was lit with a lighter and that it is not a miracle.
What do you think? First of all, when it comes to God, nothing is impossible. God can kindle a flame and recreate the world from the very beginning.
I went to the Holy Land in Jerusalem and experienced Holy Week there. I was standing next to the Patriarch during the ceremony of the Holy Fire, outside the Holy Sepulchre.
Of course, what I can tell you is this: I did not see how the Patriarch lit his candles inside the Holy Sepulchre. I was not there. No one else was there, not even the custodian. Only the Patriarch knows whether he used a lighter or lit the candles in some other way.
For many centuries, we have had historical testimonies claiming that the Holy Fire lights the Patriarch’s candles by itself, along with many other accounts that I do not wish to mention.
When I visited the Holy Sepulchre, I witnessed something remarkable. Before the Patriarch came out to distribute the Holy Fire to the people, as is customary, I sat down and watched what was happening around me. The candles held by people beneath the dome of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre began lighting by themselves. The candle at the Holy Gate was also
lit by itself right in front of us.
There was an elderly Cypriot woman from Athienou who could not get inside the Holy Sepulchre. She remained outside on the steps near the shops, crying because she could not enter. Then the candles on the steps began lighting by themselves. This same elderly woman told me what had happened.
Another woman, who was standing on a balcony, also saw the candles lighting by themselves.
Wonderful!
The Patriarch lit the Holy Fire in whatever way he did. I do not know how the candles of the people were lit. I can only tell you what we witnessed.
I also saw the Holy Fire appearing like a blue lightning bolt. I asked the person standing next to me whether he had seen anything. He told me he had seen a vertical bolt of lightning. Another person saw a luminous sphere, while someone else saw nothing at all.
If this were an artificial phenomenon, surely we would all see the same thing. How is it that I saw it one way, another person saw it differently, and someone else saw it as a sphere or a cloud?
A monk standing with me described what he had seen. I asked him, “What did you see?” He replied, “A bright cloud above the Holy Sepulchre.”
Each person sees it according to his or her own experience and spiritual state.
What can I say about what happens between the patriarchs? They will have to answer that for themselves. However, I will say this: the Armenian clergy, who remain outside, can see the Orthodox Patriarch inside.
If this were a deception or some kind of fraud, those who seek to prevent the Orthodox from receiving the Holy Fire would surely expose it as such. Why, then, would the Patriarch deceive people?
There is also the well-known account of the pillar at the entrance to the Church of the Resurrection, from which the Holy Fire is said to have emerged when the Turks expelled the Orthodox and refused to allow the Orthodox Patriarch to bring out the Holy Fire. The Armenians were allowed to proceed instead, but the Holy Fire reportedly emerged from the pillar. The pillar split open, and the Holy Fire came out of it.
What are we to make of all these accounts passed down through the centuries?
When I returned from Jerusalem, I asked Saint Paisios about the Holy Fire. I said to him, “Elder, have you ever seen the Holy Fire appear at a time other than Easter?”
He told me that all the holy shrines, especially the Holy Sepulchre, possess an everlasting Holy Light. We simply cannot see it.
The Holy Fire does not appear only on Holy Saturday. According to the testimonies of many Christians and holy elders, it has appeared at the Holy Sepulchre on other occasions as well.
There have also been accounts from Mount Athos of lamps lighting by themselves and oil containers being miraculously filled. In our own time, it was reported that containers that had been empty were found full of oil the following morning. The monks went in and discovered that the containers were overflowing with oil.
We are talking about containers holding enormous quantities of oil, not merely five kilograms.
Such things have reportedly happened many times at Vatopedi Monastery and elsewhere.
For us, a miracle is not something strange. It is an act of God. If some people wish to question these things, let them do so.
Erdoğan himself will do very little against us.
Some people are trying very hard to frighten us, especially Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his circle. A man of God once told me that with all these intimidations in the Aegean, in Thrace, by stirring up others in Skopje, and here in Cyprus with our natural gas, they have one goal: to fill the hearts of the Cypriots—and also our leaders—with fear.
One sign that we, fearful Christians of this age, will witness is the fall of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. What kind of fall it will be, I do not know. Whether political or personal, I cannot say, but the man will fall. He is arrogant, and whoever exalts himself will be humbled.
I used to say that the greatest allies of modern Hellenism, weak as some may call it, are our saints—and also Erdoğan himself. His arrogance.
So the sign we should expect is that immediately after him, others will take power- more pro-Western figures who will not carry the vision of the Ottoman Empire. Nothing truly serious will happen while Erdoğan is still alive and ruling. The serious events will come after his fall. This is what contemporary holy men who claim to have spiritual insight tell us, because they believe he will collapse through his own pride.
When he falls, then the great events will begin. Keep this as a sign. But even during those difficult times, Cyprus will have great protection—and
even greater protection if we use these months with deep prayer and repentance.
Erdoğan himself will do very little against us. He is intelligent in some ways and knows how to negotiate, but his arrogance will lead to his own self-destruction. He may create a small incident, something limited, and then he will fall. After Erdoğan, others will rise in Turkey—politically inexperienced, pro-Western leaders—and they are the ones who will create the greater disaster for Turkey.
What will happen then is that they will damage their friendship with Russia, provoke Russia’s anger, and history has shown that whoever underestimates the Russians eventually fears them.

For the Spiritual father

When the Spiritual Man Loses Discernment, He Loses Humanity
A spiritual man without discernment does not see the pain behind the words. He does not understand the soul that is suffering. He clings to strict condemnations, to frightening dogmas that inflict wounds, and not to love that heals. When you are obsessed with condemnations and condemn the past instead of offering mercy, you lose the essence of the Church: Love and repentance. Man is a sin — an image of God that seeks understanding, therapy, and a bright path. The lack of discernment is not just a mistake. It is a reason to lose souls, to drive away those who seek the warmth of the Church. Let us not allow our fears and prejudices to become walls between man and God."
INTERESTING CHECK OUT
Let's move on to something more personal. We are commemorating our deceased, and I hear from hierarchs.
He says the commemoration is more for the living.
Pay attention now. So that they can be consoled, so that they can have a prayer for their loved ones who have left this world.
When we started talking about various experiences, pay attention to what word it is, uh, experiences of Saint James, Saint Eumenios, who at that time were not officially ranked with the Saints, uh, our elders. And we used to say that Saint James, while commemorating the names of thousands, saw the souls next to him, and he saw others in the light, and he saw others in a state of darkness.
He saw others suffering, and he saw others happy.
When Macarius the Third of Cyprus appeared to him once, he saw him in a light; he saw him in a light dressed in his archaic robe. It seemed that Macarius was saved.
Well, Saint Eumenios told us similar experiences. When he went to commemorate a Catholic who was extremely philanthropic, the Catholic Raoul Folero. This great humanist who defended the rights of lepers at a time when lepers were considered outcasts of society. When he went to commemorate him out of compassion, out of love, out of obligation because Saint Eumenios was once a leper, and this French humanist supported them.
His angel because they cleansed the eyes of both the body and the soul of Saint Eumenios saw his angel while he was commemorating.
And as he took out the portion and put it in the tray, the angel took it out of the tray. The old man, like a critical young man, grabbed the portion and put it back.
The angel grabbed the portion again and took it out, and Saint Sevemos turned around, offended and says to him, "Here you are taking the portion out."
He helped us. He tells him, "He helped you, my father. Keep him in your prayers, in your rosary, in the supplications outside the holy altar."
Here, he tells him, "In the divine liturgy, those who are members of the church, of the divine-human body, are commemorated."
Then I spoke about my father who fell asleep when I was eight years old, about my brother Peter, when I was twelve years old, a suffering child. Well, I was orphaned, and I said that my pain to Saint James, to Saint Eumenios, to Saint Paisios, and they told me to pray for Peter, to pray for your father, Nicholas.
Your father is in a good place. Peter had a few problems, and now he is slowly ascending to the light, and the saints tell you this.
Not Grandma Katigo. Well, you understand that there is an eternal life full of light and some are high in the light, others are in a middle state, and others are below. But while they themselves cannot repent in the void and in repentance, we can help them with our services, our alms, our prayers to ascend from darkness to light.
But the Orthodox faith is a prerequisite for this ascent. We say this.
The archpriests tell me. You believe the saints live, sir. Pay attention to it.
Since Saint John of Damascus also says, I was told by someone with a high position in the church that the deceased receive a light consolation. That is, a relief of consolation with our prayers. What is it that you are describing?
What will we do? The purgatory of the Latins tells me.
Well, we understand that among Orthodox bishops there is consolation.
Why? Why have I not come into contact with saints? Understand why we must hear above all and from everyone and from the councils what the saints say and indeed see what the saints agree on where there is agreement of the fathers. Eh
