See everything without anxiety, without sorrow, without pressure, without tightening. There is no need to strain yourselves. Let all your effort be to gaze toward the light, to conquer the light. Thus, instead of giving yourselves over to sorrow, which is not of the Spirit of God, you will give yourselves to the glorification of God.


All unpleasant things that remain in your soul and bring anxiety can become occasions for the worship of God and cease to burden you. Have trust in God. Then you become carefree and become His instruments.


Face everything with love, kindness, gentleness, patience, and humility. Be like rocks. Let everything crash upon you and return like waves; you remain unshaken. But you will say: “Can this be done?” Yes, with the grace of God it is always done. If we take things humanly, it cannot be done. All the reactions of the environment and the difficulties around us are training for us. We train ourselves in patience and endurance.

So werdet ihr euch nicht der Traurigkeit hingeben, die nicht vom Geist Gottes ist, sondern der Verherrlichung Gottes.


Alles Unangenehme, das in eurer Seele bleibt und Angst bringt, kann Anlass zur Anbetung Gottes werden und aufhören, euch zu quälen. Habt Vertrauen zu Gott. Dann werdet ihr sorglos und zu Seinen Werkzeugen.


Begegnet allem mit Liebe, Güte, Sanftmut, Geduld und Demut. Seid wie Felsen. Lasst alles an euch zerschellen und wie Wellen zurückkehren; ihr bleibt unerschüttert. Aber ihr werdet sagen: „Kann das geschehen?“ Ja, mit der Gnade Gottes geschieht es immer. Wenn wir es menschlich nehmen, geschieht es nicht. Alle Reaktionen der Umgebung und die Schwierigkeiten um uns herum sind für uns eine Übung. Wir trainieren uns in Geduld und Ausdauer.

Эта чувствительность — дар Божий. У женщин она встречается чаще. Души, имеющие такую тонкость, особенно восприимчивы к посланиям и воле Божией. Эти чувствительные души имеют возможность далеко продвинуться в жизни во Христе, потому что они любят Бога и не хотят огорчать Его.


Но им угрожает опасность. Если они не доверят свою жизнь Христу с доверием, злой дух может воспользоваться их тонкостью и привести их к печали и отчаянию.


Чувствительность не исправляется. Она может только преобразиться, переработаться, преображаться, трансформироваться, чтобы стать любовью, радостью и божественным поклонением.


Как? Обращением вверх. Направляйте всякую печаль к познанию Христа, к Его любви, к Его поклонению. И Христос, Который всегда с жаждой ждёт помочь нам, даст вам Свою благодать и Свою силу и превратит печаль в радость, в любовь к братьям, в поклонение Самому Себе. Так уйдёт тьма.


Не смотрите на то, что с вами происходит, но смотрите на свет, на Христа, как ребёнок смотрит на свою мать, когда с ним что-то случается. Смотрите на всё без тревоги, без печали, без давления, без сжатия. Не нужно напрягаться. Пусть всё ваше усилие будет направлено к свету, к завоеванию света. Тогда вместо того, чтобы предаваться печали, которая не от Духа Божия, вы будете предаваться славословию Бога.


Всё неприятное, что остаётся в вашей душе и приносит тревогу, может стать поводом для поклонения Богу и перестанет мучить вас. Имейте доверие к Богу. Тогда вы будете беззаботны и станете Его орудиями.


Всё принимайте с любовью, с добротой, с кротостью, с терпением и смирением. Будьте как скалы. Пусть всё разбивается о вас и как волны возвращается назад; вы оставайтесь невозмутимыми. Но вы скажете: «Возможно ли это?» Да, благодатью Божией это всегда возможно. Если мы принимаем всё по-человечески, это невозможно. Все реакции окружающих и трудности вокруг нас — это гимнастика для нас. Мы упражняем себя в терпении и стойкости.

بالعيش في محبة الله، تعيشون في الحرية.


كثيرًا ما يشعر الإنسان بحزنٍ شديد لحالة العالم. يتألم عندما يرى أن مشيئة الله لا تُنفَّذ اليوم من قبل الناس أو حتى منه نفسه. ويحزن لأجل الألم الجسدي والنفسي للآخرين. هذه الحساسية هي عطية من الله، وتوجد أكثر عند النساء. النفوس التي تملك هذه الرقة تكون أكثر تقبّلًا لرسائل الله ومشيئته. وهذه النفوس الحساسة تملك القدرة على التقدم كثيرًا في الحياة في المسيح، لأنها تحب الله ولا تريد أن تحزنه.


لكنها تتعرض لخطر. إذا لم تسلّم حياتها للمسيح بثقة، يمكن للروح الشرير أن يستغل رقتها ويقودها إلى الحزن واليأس.


الحساسية لا تُصحَّح، بل يمكن فقط أن تتحوّل، وأن تتغيّر، وأن تتبدّل، وأن تتجدد، وأن تصبح محبة وفرحًا وعبادة إلهية.


كيف؟ بالاتجاه نحو العلى. وجّهوا كل حزن نحو معرفة المسيح، نحو محبته، نحو عبادته. والمسيح الذي ينتظر دائمًا بشوق أن يساعدنا، سيعطيكم نعمته وقوته ويحوّل الحزن إلى فرح، وإلى محبة للإخوة، وإلى عبادة له. وهكذا يزول الظلام.


لا تنظروا إلى ما يحدث لكم، بل انظروا إلى النور، إلى المسيح، كما ينظر الطفل إلى أمه عندما يحدث له شيء. انظروا إلى كل شيء بدون قلق، بدون حزن، بدون ضغط، بدون انقباض. لا تحتاجون أن تتشدّدوا. ليكن كل جهدكم أن تتطلعوا إلى النور، وأن تمتلكوا النور. وهكذا، بدلًا من أن تسلّموا أنفسكم للحزن الذي ليس من روح الله، ستسلّمون أنفسكم لتمجيد الله.


كل الأمور غير السارة التي تبقى في نفوسكم وتسبب القلق، يمكن أن تصبح سببًا لعبادة الله وتتوقف عن إرهاقكم. ثقوا بالله، فتستريحون وتصبحون أدواته.


واجهوا كل شيء بالمحبة، واللطف، والوداعة، والصبر، والتواضع. كونوا كالصخور، لتتكسر كل الأمور عليكم وترجع كالأمواج، وأنتم تبقون هادئين. لكن ستقولون: «هل يمكن أن يحدث هذا؟» نعم، بنعمة الله يحدث دائمًا. أما إن أخذنا الأمور بطريقة بشرية فلا يحدث. كل ردود أفعال البيئة والصعوبات حولنا هي تدريب لنا. نحن ندرّب أنفسنا على الصبر والثبات.


هذه المرأة، زوجتك، تحبك كثيرًا.

– نعم، لكنها تفعل بي هذه الأمور…

– هي تفعل هذه الأمور لكي تقدّسك، لكن عقلك لا يفهم ذلك. تغضب وبدلًا من أن تتقدس، تهلك.

ولو كان عنده صبر وتواضع، لما كان يخسر فرص التقديس.


الصبر أمر عظيم، فضيلة عظيمة. قال المسيح: «إن لم يكن عندكم صبر، ستفقدون نفوسكم، ولتربحوها يجب أن يكون عندكم صبر.» الصبر هو محبة، وبدون المحبة لا يمكن أن يكون هناك صبر. لكنه أيضًا مسألة إيمان. في الحقيقة نحن غير مؤمنين لأننا لا نعرف كيف يدبر الله الأمور ويحررنا من الصعوبات والأحزان. صلّوا إلى والدة الإله:


«حوّلي النحيب إلى فرح، والحزن إلى بهجة، والبكاء إلى تهليل وابتهاج الآن، يا والدة الإله، المباركة وحدك».

En vivant dans l’amour de Dieu, vous vivez dans la liberté.


Il arrive souvent que l’on ressente une tristesse excessive pour l’état du monde. On souffre en voyant que la volonté de Dieu ne se réalise pas aujourd’hui par les hommes, ou même par soi-même. On souffre avec la douleur physique et psychique des autres. Cette sensibilité est un don de Dieu. On la rencontre plus fréquemment chez les femmes. Les âmes qui possèdent cette délicatesse sont particulièrement réceptives aux messages et à la volonté de Dieu. Ces âmes sensibles ont la possibilité de beaucoup progresser dans la vie en Christ, parce qu’elles aiment Dieu et ne veulent pas L’attrister.


Mais elles courent un danger. Si elles ne confient pas leur vie au Christ avec confiance, l’esprit mauvais peut exploiter leur délicatesse et les conduire à la tristesse et au désespoir.


La sensibilité ne se corrige pas. Elle ne peut qu’être transformée, transfigurée, convertie, métamorphosée, transmutée, afin de devenir amour, joie et adoration divine.


Comment ? En se tournant vers le haut. Tournez chaque tristesse vers la connaissance du Christ, vers Son amour, vers Son adoration. Et le Christ, qui attend constamment avec ardeur de nous aider, vous donnera Sa grâce et Sa force, et transformera la tristesse en joie, en amour pour les frères, en adoration envers Lui-même. Ainsi, les ténèbres disparaîtront.


Ne regardez pas ce qui vous arrive, mais regardez la lumière, le Christ, comme l’enfant regarde sa mère lorsqu’il lui arrive quelque chose. Voyez tout sans anxiété, sans tristesse, sans pression, sans crispation. Il n’est pas nécessaire de vous forcer. Que tout votre effort soit de fixer la lumière, de conquérir la lumière. Ainsi, au lieu de vous livrer à la tristesse, qui n’est pas de l’Esprit de Dieu, vous vous livrerez à la glorification de Dieu.


Toutes les choses désagréables qui demeurent dans votre âme et apportent l’angoisse peuvent devenir un prétexte pour l’adoration de Dieu et cesser de vous tourmenter. Ayez confiance en Dieu. Alors vous serez sans souci et vous deviendrez Ses instruments.


Affrontez tout avec amour, bonté, douceur, patience et humilité. Soyez comme des rochers. Que tout se brise sur vous et que les vagues retournent en arrière ; vous, restez inébranlables. Mais vous direz : « Est-ce possible ? » Oui, par la grâce de Dieu c’est toujours possible. Si nous le prenons humainement, cela ne peut pas se faire. Toutes les réactions de l’environnement et les difficultés autour de nous sont une gymnastique pour nous. Nous nous exerçons à la patience et à l’endurance.


Cette femme, ton épouse, t’aime beaucoup.

– Oui, mais elle me fait cela…

– Elle te fait cela pour te sanctifier, mais ton esprit ne le comprend pas. Tu t’irrites et au lieu de te sanctifier, tu te perds.

S’il avait eu patience et humilité, il n’aurait pas perdu les occasions de sanctification.


La patience est une grande chose, une grande vertu. Le Christ a dit : « Si vous n’avez pas de patience, vous perdrez vos âmes ; pour les gagner, vous devez avoir de la patience. » La patience est l’amour ; sans l’amour, on ne peut pas avoir de patience. Mais c’est aussi une question de foi. En réalité, nous sommes incrédules, car nous ne savons pas comment Dieu arrange les choses et nous délivre des difficultés et des tristesses. Priez la Très Sainte Mère de Dieu :


« Transforme la lamentation en joie, change le deuil en allégresse, transforme les pleurs en réjouissance et en exaltation maintenant, ô Mère de Dieu, la seule toute bienheureuse. »
