1. QUESTION Father, much has been written about the engraving and chip that people will be forced to put on their bodies in the time of the Antichrist. Until now, Satan has been trying to dominate man by using his human weaknesses. Thus he made man susceptible to many and various great sins such as immorality , drugs , murder , witchcraft , and many others. However, every time that man repented of his mistakes and God forgave him, the binds and his plans. So Satan was looking for another way to control completely the mind of man, and to be able to better direct , control and dominate man's thoughts , desires and feelings . found the way . With the artificial intelligence of computers and a series of specific specialized vaccines, it will interfere with the chain of the human genetic code , the DNA, and change it . Thus, the now mutated human DNA instead of acting under Divine Intelligence , as God created it, will now act under the orders of artificial intelligence , which will be directed by the satanic staff of the Antichrist! QUESTION Who are they who will help satan carry out his plan to destroy man? Lucifer in recent years has managed to place many satanic people devoted to him in key positions of the world's threefold power , i.e. politics , science and religion . However, their ultimate secret goal and purpose is to know and precisely control all the people who will have to pass to the next and final stage of the final " sealing ", with which the Antichrist will now know all subjects of. 5. The problem, however, with the antidotes available to our Church is that they presuppose two basic spiritual elements on the part of people, so that their " power " can be activated . They presuppose " faith " and " trust " in God, something, however, that you no longer easily find among Christians. The main antidote proposed by our holy Church is Holy Communion , that is, Christ himself. The energy of these dangerous high nanotechnology materials is neutralized with the Holy Communion , which will not only act therapeutically but also deterrently , since it will not allow artificial intelligence to intervene in the chain of human DNA, to " engrave " and make the mutation of those initial elements which the divine intelligence with infinite " Wisdom " has defined! The daily prayer to God and especially to the Holy Spirit , when it is done with deep repentance and humility for our mistakes but also divine love in our heart for God our Father, is also a very powerful medicine against every satanic attack. Heartfelt prayer greatly attracts divine Grace, and creates a divine protection around the body and soul of the praying person. This divine protective armor prevents any form of satanic communication that attempts to offend the human body and soul , with the powerful spiritual interference it causes. Another great and important action of the holy prayer is that it will enlighten the mind of the humble person and will reveal to him, with the grace of the Holy Spirit, the truth of his choices and of the events that will happen. This awesome power of prayer to reveal the truth to the one who prays, will prove to be a very important help to the Christians of the last days, where the Antichrist and his followers will dominate everywhere. The man who is faithful to God, enlightened by the Holy Spirit, will be able to feel and in many cases even see the truth about a person, whether it is God's or Satan's. This will help many devout Christians to discern which spiritual leaders of the Church are following the true Christ and which are the Antichrist ! chaff will be separated from the wheat and the unworthy church leaders will be revealed , as well as the holy church fathers and teachers, so that Christians will know who they should trust and follow and who they should not. The straw will constitute the ecclesiastical leadership of the " World Church ", which will belong to the Antichrist and will be managed by his friend and associate the False Prophet , as the Apocalypse of John states. The wheat will consist of holy ecclesiastical men who will staff the " Catacomb Church " of the end times. Praying Christians by God's revelation will recognize who will be the chaff and who the wheat, so that they will know who will be those holy fathers and teachers whom they should hereafter trust and follow. 6. The second event will be related to the unrestrained desire of some satanic leaders , who in their attempt to lead the whole world, will cause a global conflict with incalculable global disasters . The third event will be the revolution of nature itself in the satanic Christian states but also in the whole world that reacts to the true God, as a last attempt of the horse nature to awaken the man hypnotized by Satan, so that he comes to his senses, repents and to stop his impending destruction. In short, I can say that: a chain of very large natural disasters will change the very structure of the Earth, while the specter of hunger, thirst, disease, and despair will overshadow the entire planet. Therefore, if a man becomes concerned and realizes his mistake, through all that will happen, immediately everything will change for the better and the destructive course of himself and nature will stop. If, however, he persists in his selfish course and lets Satan be his lord and god, and willingly accepts Satan's mark and seal, then greater and more terrible world-catastrophic events will occur, causing death and incalculable numbers of people. These terrible world events are mentioned in the Apocalypse of Saint John. 7. QUESTION Who is this Antichrist, who will disrupt the life of the whole world? He is the son of Satan, who will be born from a woman in intercourse with Lucifer himself during a satanic ceremony. He will live in secret at first and from there he will direct the world leaders devoted to him, whom he himself raised to power. At the right time, he will ascend to political power. The charm of his satanic thinking, his rhetorical skill, and his imposition on all the leaders and peoples of the earth will be so strong that it will charm the entire planet. As a first act of impressment, the Antichrist will stop all the wars, which he has so far secretly directed. He will be proclaimed " prince of peace " and all the heads of state will hand over to him the power of their peoples. From that moment on the Antichrist will dominate me with absolute power over everything and with the help of perfected artificial intelligence, it will control everyone and everything. With the help of demons and artificial intelligence, he will even perform various artificially believable miracles, which he himself will project to the whole world to convince them that he is a god. That he is the real Christ who came to earth to save all people. The world church, which will already be ruled by his personal friend and satanic man, the False Prophet, will accept him as a man of God, as a prophet, and as a savior of the world. Then it will be officially disputed that our Lord Jesus Christ is the true Messiah of the world and that title of Messiah will be given to the Antichrist. the greatest and most ruthless persecution of the true Christ and Christians will reach its climax. All the religions of the world will recognize his supernatural powers and will accept him as their savior and god, therefore they will accept to take of their own will his own satanic seal, with which they will secure eternal faith in him and obedience. However, the real Christians who, with the help of God, will remain faithful to the one and true Son of God, our Lord Jesus Christ, will not accept this sealing, even if they have to give their own lives. For their faith, God will intervene miraculously, to protect them and give them the necessities for their survival. The Christians at that time will get their strength with the help of the Holy Spirit from the study of the Holy Scriptures, Holy Communion, and the wishes of their holy spiritual fathers. For this reason, the Antichrist and his followers will fight these three forces. They will attempt to rewrite the Holy Scriptures as they see fit. They will persecute on trifling occasions the reverend those spiritual fathers who oppose them. They will fight the Holy Communion in every way, so that people do not partake, until the moment when they will definitively abolish it and all the other " Mysteries " of the Church. The awesome power of Holy Communion is well known to Lucifer and his demons. He knows that as long as it is held in the holy Churches and reverently attended by the people, he and his demonic plans will not be successfully promoted and he will not be able to come as a world leader and messiah. The sign of his coming will be the abolition of Holy Communion. For this reason, from now on we will all see and live the great and terrible war that Lucifer will start against the Holy Communion, through his own politicians, scientists, and also, unfortunately, church leaders. To begin with, the immaculate Christ in Holy Communion will be accused by politicians and scientists of being able to contaminate and transfer diseases to the people. Άγιος Γεράσιμος ο Ιορδανίτης – Ο Ιππότης του Ναού και ο ηγούμενος Αρχιμανδρίτης και Αγιοταφίτης π. Χρυσόστομος Ταβουλαρέας

Χρόνια πολλά και ευλογημένα στον Ιππότη του ναού μας που έχει σήμερα την ονομαστική του εορτή (με το παλαιό ημερολόγιο)!


Στην καρδιά της ερήμου, δίπλα στον Ιορδάνη ποταμό όπου ο Άγιος Ιωάννης ο Πρόδρομος βάφτισε τον Ιησού, υψώνονται τα επιβλητικά τείχη του ιστορικού μοναστηριού του Αββά Γερασίμου του Ιορδανίτη.


Ηγούμενος της μονής εδώ και περίπου 43 χρόνια είναι ο Αρχιμανδρίτης και Αγιοταφίτης π. Χρυσόστομος Ταβουλαρέας (Μανιάτης στη καταγωγή), που το 1974 επισκέφτηκε το εγκαταλελειμμένο ησυχαστήριο ως διάκος και επισκέπτης, αλλά ποτέ έκτοτε δεν εγκατέλειψε τον άγονο, μα και τόσο ευλογημένο αυτό τόπο.


Σήμερα, η μονή αποτελεί πόλο έλξης για χιλιάδες προσκυνητές των Αγίων Τόπων. Ο π. Χρυσόστομος, ο Ιππότης του Ναού, μαζί με τον Πατέρα Κυριακό (Κύπριο στη καταγωγή), σηκώνουν ψηλά τα λάβαρα του ελληνισμού και της Ορθοδοξίας, σε πείσμα των καιρών που θέλουν τις παραδόσεις να ξεθωριάζουν.



Γέροντας:


«Όταν ήρθα εδώ για πρώτη φορά και για περίπου δώδεκα χρόνια ζούσα ολομόναχος, δίχως ηλεκτρικό, νερό, τηλέφωνο και δρόμο», μας αποκαλύπτει ο αρχιμανδρίτης.

«Εκείνη την εποχή ήμουν διάκος στη Βηθλεέμ και επειδή είχα εμπλακεί σε επεισόδια με Λατίνους, το Πατριαρχείο Ιεροσολύμων αποφάσισε να με στείλει για τιμωρία έξι μηνών στη Μονή του Αγίου Σάββα. Τότε, ένας γέροντας ηγούμενος πρότεινε στον 92χρονο Πατριάρχη Βενέδικτο να με στείλει στο Μοναστήρι του Αγίου Γερασίμου, που βρισκόταν εγκαταλελειμμένο σε μια πολύ επικίνδυνη περιοχή, στην οποία φυσικά δεν ήθελε να πάει κανένας. Πήγαμε να δούμε το μοναστήρι περπατώντας μέσα σε χωματόδρομους καλοκαίρι, με θερμοκρασία 50 βαθμούς Κελσίου. Όταν φτάσαμε και παρά το ότι δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα πράσινο φύλλο, αποφάσισα να μείνω. Ρίζωσε κατευθείαν στην καρδιά μου!»


Ο π. Χρυσόστομος θυμάται πως όταν επέστρεψαν στον Πατριάρχη και ανακοίνωσε ότι θέλει να ζήσει εκεί για πάντα στην ερημιά, εκείνος δεν το πίστευε.

«Σηκώθηκε όρθιος, άνοιξε τα χέρια και μου έδωσε ευλογία και ευχή “να γίνει το μοναστήρι μια όαση στην έρημο”. Εχουν περάσει χρόνια και όταν θυμάμαι αυτές τις λέξεις συγκινούμαι. Σήμερα, έχω καλύψει 180 στρέμματα με δέντρα και καλλιέργειες, έχω φτιάξει λίμνη με ψάρια, έφερα νερό από τρία χιλιόμετρα μακριά και έβαλα ηλεκτρικό. Τότε όμως και για δώδεκα ολόκληρα χρόνια δεν είχα ούτε για να φάω και ζητιάνευα από τα πούλμαν με τους προσκυνητές που πήγαιναν στο Σινά για να μαζέψω λίγα λεφτά, να το συντηρήσω. Ακόμη και το νερό ήταν βρόχινο και το σουρούσα για να το χρησιμοποιήσω.»


Κάποτε το μοναστήρι ήταν ένα από τα πιο φτωχά. Σήμερα, χάρη στην επιμονή και το μεράκι του π. Χρυσόστομου, έχει εξελιχθεί σε μια πραγματική όαση που προσελκύει χιλιάδες πιστούς και προσφέρει σημαντικό φιλανθρωπικό έργο.

«Εδώ υπάρχουν δουλειές για όλους και δεν πλήττεις. Αυτή την περίοδο μένουν μόνιμα μοναχοί από Ελλάδα, Κύπρο, Γερμανία και Ρουμανία. Ξυπνάμε στις 5:30 π.μ., παίρνουμε το πρωινό όλοι μαζί, μετά ο καθένας ασχολείται με τον τομέα του: κάποιοι μαγειρεύουν, άλλοι πηγαίνουν στα χωράφια και στα ζώα, ενώ έχουμε εργαστήρια με κεριά και ψηφιδωτά. Επισκέπτες πάνε και έρχονται συνέχεια. Υπάρχει ένα πιάτο φαγητό για όλους και θα υπάρχει πάντα. Έχουμε ξενώνες με τα βασικά. Το μόνο που δεν υπάρχει εδώ είναι μοναξιά, άγχος και ανασφάλεια. Βοηθάμε σχολεία και παιδιά ανεξάρτητα από θρησκεία. Ο Θεός είναι ένας και η αγάπη δεν κάνει διακρίσεις». 🙏💙💛🙏

Happy Name Day to the Knight of our Church!


In the heart of the desert, beside the Jordan River where St. John the Baptist baptized Jesus, rise the imposing walls of the historic Monastery of Abba Gerasimos the Jordanite.


For about 43 years, the abbot has been Archimandrite and Holy Sepulchre monk Fr. Chrysostomos Tavoulareas (of Mani origin), who first visited the abandoned hermitage as a deacon in 1974 and never left this barren but blessed place.


Today, the monastery attracts thousands of pilgrims to the Holy Lands. Fr. Chrysostomos, the Knight of the Church, together with Father Kyriakos (of Cypriot origin), proudly uphold the banners of Hellenism and Orthodoxy, despite modern times that try to fade traditions.

“When I first came here, I lived alone for about twelve years, without electricity, water, telephone, or road,” the archimandrite reveals.

“At that time, I was a deacon in Bethlehem and due to some incidents with Latins, the Patriarchate of Jerusalem sent me for a six-month punishment to the Monastery of St. Sabbas. Then, an elder abbot proposed to the 92-year-old Patriarch Benedict to send me to the Monastery of St. Gerasimos, abandoned in a very dangerous area where no one wanted to go. We walked there in summer on dirt roads, with temperatures of 50°C. When we arrived, despite not a single green leaf, I decided to stay. It rooted immediately in my heart!”


Fr. Chrysostomos recalls that when he told the Patriarch he wished to live there forever in the wilderness, the Patriarch did not believe it.

“He stood up, opened his arms, and gave me a blessing and wish: ‘May the monastery become an oasis in the desert.’ Years have passed and when I remember these words, I am moved. Today, I have covered 180 acres with trees and crops, created a fish pond, brought water from three kilometers away, and installed electricity. For twelve years, I had nothing to eat and begged from pilgrims traveling to Sinai. Even the water was rainwater, filtered for use.”


Once one of the poorest monasteries, today, thanks to Fr. Chrysostomos, it has become a true oasis attracting thousands of faithful and performing significant charitable work.

“Here there is work for everyone, and you never get bored. Currently, monks from Greece, Cyprus, Germany, and Romania live here permanently. We wake at 5:30 a.m., have breakfast together, then everyone attends their duties: some cook, others work in fields or with animals, while we have workshops for candles and mosaics. Visitors come and go constantly. There is always a meal for everyone. We have guesthouses with basic facilities. The only things you will not find here are loneliness, stress, and insecurity. We help schools and children, regardless of religion. God is one, and love makes no distinctions.” 🙏💙💛🙏

В сердце пустыни, рядом с рекой Иордан, где Иоанн Креститель крестил Иисуса, возвышаются стены исторического монастыря преподобного Герасима Иорданского.


Настоятелем уже около 43 лет является архимандрит и святой гробовой монах о. Хрисостом Тавулареас (происхождение из Мании), который впервые посетил заброшенный скит в 1974 году как диакон и никогда его не покидал.


Сегодня монастырь привлекает тысячи паломников. О. Хрисостом, Рыцарь Храма, вместе с о. Кириакосом (киприот), гордо держат знамёна эллинизма и православия, несмотря на современные времена, стремящиеся затушевать традиции.



Старец:


«Когда я пришёл сюда впервые, я жил один двенадцать лет без электричества, воды, телефона и дороги», — рассказывает архимандрит.

«В то время я был диаконом в Вифлееме и из-за некоторых инцидентов с латинянами Патриархат Иерусалима отправил меня на шесть месяцев наказания в монастырь святого Саввы. Тогда один старец-настоятель предложил 92-летнему Патриарху Бенедикту отправить меня в монастырь святого Герасима, который находился в опасном заброшенном районе, куда никто не хотел идти. Мы шли туда летом по грунтовым дорогам при температуре 50°C. Когда мы прибыли, несмотря на отсутствие единого зеленого листа, я решил остаться. Это сразу укоренилось в моем сердце!»


О. Хрисостом вспоминает, что когда он сообщил Патриарху о своём желании жить там навсегда, тот не поверил.

«Он встал, распахнул руки и дал мне благословение и пожелание: «Пусть монастырь станет оазисом в пустыне». Прошли годы, и когда я вспоминаю эти слова, меня трогает. Сегодня я покрыл 180 гектаров деревьями и посевами, создал рыбный пруд, привёл воду с трёх километров и провёл электричество. В течение двенадцати лет у меня не было еды, и я просил у паломников, идущих в Синай. Даже вода была дождевой, её я фильтровал для использования.»


Когда-то один из самых бедных монастырей, сегодня, благодаря о. Хрисостому, он стал настоящим оазисом, привлекающим тысячи верующих и выполняющим важную благотворительную работу.

«Здесь есть работа для всех, и скучать невозможно. В настоящее время здесь постоянно живут монахи из Греции, Кипра, Германии и Румынии. Мы просыпаемся в 5:30, завтракаем вместе, затем каждый занимается своими обязанностями: кто-то готовит, кто-то работает на полях или с животными, а также у нас есть мастерские по свечам и мозаике. Посетители приходят и уходят постоянно. Всегда есть еда для всех. Есть гостевые дома с базовыми удобствами. Единственное, чего здесь нет — одиночества, стресса и неуверенности. في قلب الصحراء، بجانب نهر الأردن حيث عمَّد القديس يوحنا المعمدان يسوع، ترتفع جدران دير أبّا جيراسيموس الأردني التاريخي.


لحوالي 43 عامًا، كان رئيس الدير هو الأرشمندريت وراهب القبر المقدس الأب خريسوستوموس تافولاريس (من أصل ماني)، الذي زار الدير المهجور لأول مرة كشمّاس في عام 1974 ولم يغادر هذا المكان القاحل والمبارك أبدًا.


اليوم، يجذب الدير آلاف الحجاج إلى الأراضي المقدسة. الأب خريسوستوموس، فارس الكنيسة، مع الأب كيرياكوس (من أصل قبرصي)، يرفعان بفخر رايات الهيلينية والأرثوذكسية، رغم الأوقات الحديثة التي تسعى لتلاشي التقاليد.



الشيخ:


«عندما جئت هنا لأول مرة، عشت وحيدًا لمدة اثني عشر عامًا بدون كهرباء، ماء، هاتف أو طريق»، يكشف الأب.

«في ذلك الوقت، كنت شمّاسًا في بيت لحم، وبسبب بعض الحوادث مع اللاتين، أرسلني بطريركية القدس لعقوبة ستة أشهر إلى دير القديس سابا. ثم اقترح شيخ راهب على البطريرك بندكت البالغ من العمر 92 عامًا أن يرسلني إلى دير القديس جيراسيموس، المهجور في منطقة خطرة لم يرغب أحد في الذهاب إليها. ذهبنا سيرًا على الأقدام في الصيف على طرق ترابية، مع درجة حرارة 50°C. عندما وصلنا، وبالرغم من عدم وجود أي ورقة خضراء، قررت البقاء. لقد ترسخ في قلبي مباشرة!»


يتذكر الأب خريسوستوموس أنه عندما عاد وأخبر البطريرك برغبته في العيش هناك للأبد، لم يصدق البطريرك.

«وقف، فتح ذراعيه، ومنحني البركة والدعاء: “ليصبح الدير واحة في الصحراء”. مرت سنوات، وعندما أتذكر هذه الكلمات، أشعر بالتأثر. اليوم، غطيت 180 فدانًا بالأشجار والمحاصيل، أنشأت بحيرة للأسماك، جلبت الماء من 3 كيلومترات، ووصلت الكهرباء. خلال اثني عشر عامًا، لم يكن لدي طعام، وكنت أتوسل من الحجاج المتجهين إلى سيناء. حتى الماء كان من المطر، قمت بتصفيته لاستخدامه.»


كان الدير أحد أفقر الأديرة، واليوم، بفضل الأب خريسوستوموس، أصبح واحة حقيقية تجذب آلاف المؤمنين وتقدم أعمالًا خيرية مهمة.

Kilisemizin Şövalyesine Mutlu Ad Günü!


Çölün kalbinde, Vaftizci Aziz Yahya’nın İsa’yı vaftiz ettiği Ürdün Nehri’nin yanında, tarihî Aziz Gerasimos Ürdünlü Manastırının görkemli duvarları yükseliyor.


Yaklaşık 43 yıldır başrahip Başrahip ve Kutsal Mezar rahibi Fr. Chrysostomos Tavoulareas (Mani kökenli), 1974’te terkedilmiş manastırı bir diyakon olarak ziyaret etti ve bir daha ayrılmadı.


Bugün manastır, kutsal topraklara gelen binlerce hacıyı çekiyor. Fr. Chrysostomos, Kilisenin Şövalyesi, Baba Kyriakos (Kıbrıslı) ile birlikte, modern zamanlara rağmen Helenizm ve Ortodoksluk bayraklarını gururla taşıyor.



Yaşlı Rahip:


“İlk geldiğimde, yaklaşık on iki yıl boyunca yalnız yaşadım, elektrik, su, telefon veya yol yoktu,” diyor başrahip.

“O dönemde Beytüllahim’de diyakondum ve Latincilerle bazı olaylara karıştığım için Kudüs Patrikhanesi beni Altı Aylık ceza için Aziz Sava Manastırına gönderdi. O zaman bir yaşlı başrahip, 92 yaşındaki Patrik Benedict’e, beni çok tehlikeli bir bölgede terkedilmiş olan Aziz Gerasimos Manastırına göndermesini önerdi. Kimse gitmek istemiyordu. Yazın toprak yollardan yürüyerek manastırı gördük, sıcaklık 50°C. Geldiğimizde, tek bir yeşil yaprak yoktu ama kalmaya karar verdim. Hemen kalbime kök saldı!”


Fr. Chrysostomos, Patrik’e orada sonsuza kadar yaşamak istediğini söylediğinde Patrik’in inanmadığını hatırlıyor.

“O ayağa kalktı, kollarını açtı ve bana şöyle bir kutsama ve dilek verdi: ‘Manastır çöldeki bir vaha olsun.’ Yıllar geçti, bu sözleri hatırladığımda duygulanıyorum. Bugün 180 dönümü ağaç ve ekinlerle kapladım, balık göleti yaptım, 3 km öteden su getirdim ve elektriği bağladım. On iki yıl boyunca yiyecek yoktu ve Sina’ya giden hacılardan yardım istedim. Hatta su yağmur suyuydu, kullanmak için filtreledim.”


Bir zamanlar en fakir manastırlardan biri olan manastır, bugün Fr. Chrysostomos sayesinde gerçek bir vaha haline gelmiş, binlerce inananı çekiyor ve önemli hayır işleri yürütüyor.

“Burada herkes için işler var ve asla sıkılmazsınız. Şu anda Yunanistan, Kıbrıs, Almanya ve Romanya’dan gelen rahipler kalıyor. Saat 5:30’da uyanıyoruz, birlikte kahvaltı yapıyoruz, sonra herkes görevine gidiyor: bazıları yemek yapıyor, diğerleri tarlalara veya hayvanlara gidiyor, mum ve mozaik atölyelerimiz var. Ziyaretçiler sürekli geliyor ve gidiyor. Her zaman herkes için yemek var. Sadece temel ihtiyaçları sağlayan misafirhanelerimiz var. Burada bulunmayan tek şey yalnızlık, stres ve güvensizlik. Okullara ve çocuklara, dini fark etmeksizin yardım ediyoruz. Tanrı birdir ve sevgi ayrım yapmaz.” 🙏💙💛🙏

La mulți ani și binecuvântați pentru Cavalerul Bisericii noastre!


În inima deșertului, lângă râul Iordan, unde Sfântul Ioan Botezătorul L-a botezat pe Iisus, se înalță zidurile impunătoare ale istoricului Mănăstiri al Sfântului Gerasimos Iordanitul.


De aproximativ 43 de ani, starețul este Arhimandritul și călugărul Sfântului Mormânt Pr. Chrysostomos Tavoulareas (originar din Mani), care a vizitat pentru prima dată schitul abandonat în 1974 ca diacon și nu l-a părăsit niciodată.


Astăzi, mănăstirea atrage mii de pelerini în Țara Sfântă. Pr. Chrysostomos, Cavalerul Bisericii, împreună cu Pr. Kyriakos (cipriot), ridică cu mândrie steagurile elenismului și ortodoxiei, în ciuda vremurilor moderne care încearcă să estompeze tradițiile.



Bătrânul:


„Când am venit aici pentru prima dată, am trăit singur timp de doisprezece ani, fără electricitate, apă, telefon sau drum,” dezvăluie arhimandritul.

„La acel timp, eram diacon în Betleem și, din cauza unor incidente cu latinii, Patriarhia Ierusalimului m-a trimis pentru o pedeapsă de șase luni la Mănăstirea Sfântului Sava. Atunci, un bătrân stareț a propus Patriarhului Benedict, în vârstă de 92 de ani, să mă trimită la Mănăstirea Sfântului Gerasimos, abandonată într-o zonă periculoasă, unde nimeni nu voia să meargă. Am mers pe jos în timpul verii pe drumuri de pământ, cu temperatura de 50°C. Când am ajuns și deși nu era nicio frunză verde, am decis să rămân. S-a înrădăcinat imediat în inima mea!”


Pr. Chrysostomos își amintește că, atunci când a spus Patriarhului că dorește să trăiască acolo pentru totdeauna, acesta nu a crezut.

„S-a ridicat, și-a deschis brațele și mi-a dat binecuvântarea și dorința: ‘Să devină mănăstirea o oază în deșert’. Au trecut ani și când îmi amintesc aceste cuvinte, sunt emoționat. Astăzi, am acoperit 180 de hectare cu copaci și culturi, am creat un iaz cu pești, am adus apă de la 3 km și am instalat electricitate. Timp de doisprezece ani nu aveam mâncare și ceream de la pelerinii care mergeau spre Sinai. Chiar și apa era de ploaie, filtrată pentru folosire.”


Odată unul dintre cele mai sărace mănăstiri, astăzi, datorită Pr. Chrysostomos, a devenit o adevărată oază, atrăgând mii de credincioși și desfășurând importante activități caritabile.

„Aici există muncă pentru toată lumea și nu te plictisești. În prezent, trăiesc permanent aici călugări din Grecia, Cipru, Germania și România. Ne trezim la 5:30 dimineața, luăm micul dejun împreună, apoi fiecare își desfășoară sarcinile: unii gătesc, alții merg în câmpuri sau la animale, avem ateliere de lumânări și mozaicuri. Vizitatorii vin și pleacă continuu. Există întotdeauna o masă pentru toată lumea. Avem case pentru oaspeți cu facilități de bază. Singurul lucru pe care nu-l vei găsi aici este singurătatea, stresul și nesiguranța. Ajutăm școlile și copiii, indiferent de religie. Dumnezeu este unul și iubirea nu face discriminări.” 🙏💙💛🙏
